Carol Knighton, Team Leader at Rosepark, has recently been recognised by her colleagues for her outstanding contribution and dedication in assisting the home's transition from paper care plans to a new, digital system. Carol went above and beyond throughout the project, with her team stating that she always gives 110% - coming in during days off and annual leave to ensure a smooth transition to the benefit of our residents and wider team.
