Living Our Values: People - Sylwia

Kindness and goodness are two qualities that someone working within care must have.

Sylwia Gadja is a shining example of this. These qualities, along with her compassion and passion helped gained her the respect of her colleagues who recently nominated her for an Above and Beyond award.

Sylwia’s colleagues wanted to thank her for always being there to support them when they need it but also for being incredible, gentle and understanding with her residents.
