We understand that people have many commitments in their life, therefore our flexible working creates opportunities for people to:
- Start/finish earlier or later to work around childcare needs, carer commitments, school drop-offs etc
- Work shorter shifts ie 6-hour shifts instead of 12 hours
- Condensed hours to allow for earlier finishes or flexi days
|Extra days holiday for all||Everyone within Renaissance Care will have an extra days holiday this year in honour of the Queen's jubilee|
|Annual pay review||From the 1st April 2022 all staff within Renaissance Care will benefit from a minimum of 5% pay rise|

|Online gym membership with danceSing||Free access to danceSing for all staff members - this offers online fitness and wellbeing classes worth £400 per person p/a|
|Update to all staff rooms||To ensure that every member of staff has somewhere comfortable to relax and unwind during breaks and shifts|
|Free sanitary products for staff||To make sure that no one is ever caught out, we are pleased to announce that free sanitary products will be available within staff toilets within all our homes.|

|Renaissance Celebration Event||An event that brings approx. 200 of our people together for an evening of food, drink and fun to bring our people together to unite and reconnect|

|Enhanced overtime rate||Renaissance Care pay staff enhanced rates for overtime and for working key holiday dates|
