Flexible approach to working weeks |
We understand that people have many commitments in their life, therefore our flexible working creates opportunities for people to:
- Start/finish earlier or later to work around childcare needs, carer commitments, school drop-offs etc
- Work shorter shifts ie 6-hour shifts instead of 12 hours
- Condensed hours to allow for earlier finishes or flexi days

Extra days holiday for all |
Everyone within Renaissance Care will have an extra days holiday this year in honour of the Queen's jubilee |
2022 pay review |
On the 1st April 2022 all staff within Renaissance Care recieved a minimum of 5% pay rise |
