    We understand that people have many commitments in their life, therefore our flexible working creates opportunities for people to: - Start/finish earlier or later to work around childcare needs, carer commitments, school drop-offs etc - Work shorter shifts ie 6-hour shifts instead of 12 hours - Condensed hours to allow for earlier finishes or flexi days * Any arrangement must be requested and approved by managers to ensure safe staffing levels are met at all times
