Funding your care

Most people have to pay for all or part of their care and support, but the council has a duty to assess your needs and advise you on the local services available.

Your first point of call should be speaking with your social care department where you will be allocated a care manager. It is often likely that a financial assessment is carried out.

We understand that this can be a confusing journey. To ensure you are equipped with the right information, please visit Care Information Scotland to support with any questions you may have.

Our home managers are also able to help guide and support you through this process. Please contact us for further information.

Our People are the heartbeat of the organisation. Our residents, relatives and workforce are the ones who light up our homes and create happy, vibrant and loving environments to live and work in. Hearing their views, thoughts and feelings help us to continually develop.
